The Access and Triage service is the entry point for referrals to the Grampians Area Mental Health Service and is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, telephone referral service.

When you call the Access and Triage Service, a trained mental health professional will assess your situation and can assist with a referral for you (or someone you care for) to a range of community and hospital-based mental health services. This support is typically for individuals affected by serious complex mental illness.

The service covers Western Victoria (Grampians Region) with programs delivered across the Local Government Areas of Hindmarsh, West Wimmera, Horsham, Yarriambiack, Northern Grampians, Ararat, Hepburn, Pyrenees, Ballarat, Moorabool and Golden Plains (part).
