A community health service offering a wide range of services in six locations across Ballarat and the western region. Outreach services and clinics are also provided at a range of locations throughout the Central Highlands.
Ballarat Community Health's mental health services include:- General counselling
- Trauma and torture counselling (available to refugees and asylum seekers)
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Connecting2community (a psychosocial support service co-designed by consumers for consumers)-Cooinda Mental Health Programs (drop in group sessions, mental health art programs, childrens area, and breakout spaces)
- Social Connections Program (pair with a Peer Connector who can support you to engage into community based interests, goals and social needs)
- Forensic Mental Health Program (available to clients who are currently on a community corrections order (CCO) or parole)
