A mental health service provided by St John of God Health Care that offers short-term, low-cost psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, family and children from low income and disadvantaged households in the Grampians region.

Pomegranate Community Mental Health Service is a social outreach program delivered by St John of God Health Care. Services include:

  • Individual counselling – one-on-one meetings with a clinician from our multi-disciplinary team for specialised support. Currently delivered via telehealth (phone or video) to support physical distancing.
  • Group therapy – an opportunity to connect with other people who are experiencing similar feelings and challenges. Group therapy sessions have been temporarily cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Specialised treatment for people with ongoing mental health conditions.

This service is available to anyone living in Victoria.

Fees may be applicable.
